Our testing facility measures 20’ wide X 20’deep X 12’ high and temperature-controlled down to -10°F and can test vehicles with weights up to 50,000 pounds. We test falling object protective structures with a variety of drop test objects such as a 100-pound sphere, 500-pound cylinder, or bundled materials in excess of 2,000 pounds.
We can configure our test facilities to accommodate a variety of test object sizes, shapes, and weights. We can design and build test fixtures to meet any need.

ROPS Test Chamber
Full Vision is equipped to perform static testing to verify the strength of structures used in a variety of industrial applications. Examples of markets we serve include mobile off-road vehicles used in agricultural, construction, forestry, earthmoving, and turf-care; as well as over-the-road trucking. We specialize in testing certified structures such as roll-over protection (ROPS), falling object protection (FOPS), seatbelt anchorages, and underride guards to applicable international, governmental, and industry standards (SAE/OSHA/ASAE/ISO/OECD/DOT).
Our testing facility measures 20’ wide X 20’deep X 12’ high and can be temperature controlled down to -18°C. Roll-over protective structures can be tested to a maximum vehicle weight of 50,000 pounds. Falling object protective structures can be tested with a variety of drop test objects such as a 100-pound sphere, 500-pound cylinder, or bundled materials in excess of 2,000 pounds.
The test facility can be configured to accommodate a wide variety of test object sizes, shapes, and weights. We can design and build test fixtures to meet any need.
