First Part, in-process inspection
Throughout our manufacturing process, every part and assembly is inspected after each operation to ensure all tolerances and specifications are met.
Calibration Program- ISO 9001
All inspection instruments and gauges are regularly calibrated in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality control standard.
NPI- New Product Introduction
Full Vision conducts New Product Introduction, cross-functional team meetings that include members of top management, engineering, production, quality control, and purchasing with the goal of increasing quality and reducing cost by eliminating miscommunication throughout the organization.
PPAP- Parts per Million Reporting
We track part defects by PPM (Parts per million) as one of our standard measurement of quality.
Specialized Inspection Fixtures
For high volume or hard to measure parts, we build specialized check fixtures or gauges to increase quality and cut inspection cost. We use these inspection devices on laser cut parts or formed tubes throughout the manufacturing process.
