Full Vision is excited to announce the installation of a new high-efficiency, cutting-edge quick color change powder spray system, which is optimized for efficient and repeatable powder application and includes part detection scanners and reciprocator gun movers that ensure a perfect spray pattern. Numerous features aid in system cleaning, providing a fast, contamination-free color change. The use of part scanners and gun movers helps maximize transfer efficiency, reducing powder consumption while providing a more controlled and repeatable coating finish.

5 Stage Washer
The system includes an eco-friendly patented Polypropylene 5 stage pretreatment system, combination dry off, infrared boost and convection cure oven complex, environmentally controlled powder spray area, and heavy-duty conveyor system with a line speed of 3 to 9 FPM.
Combination IR boost and Convection cure oven
Infrared boost oven allows thicker metal gauges to be processed efficiently.
Infrared boost oven minimized risk of color contamination from part to part.
Environmental Room
Temperature and humidity-controlled powder room.

Assembly & Packaging
Full Vision offers a variety of assembly and packaging options to meet any need. We can ship unpainted parts on open skids all the way to fully assembled products in individual cardboard cartons ready for end-user installation.
For high-volume, difficult-to-package parts, we can design and build custom shipping racks or containers.
