Doug Pauls, our Compliance Manager, has been with Full Vision for 35 years and is certified in ISO 9001, 13485/MDSAP and auditing. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Bethel College and has industry experience in metal fabrication, medical devices, and quality/safety compliance. In his off time, Doug enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, fishing, hiking, walking the dogs, and working on home projects.
